WSD Sewer Use Ordinance
Users of the District's system are subject to the terms of the Sewer Use Ordinance, as amended, and such other policies and procedures as are determined by the Trustees to be necessary and convenient to carry out their statutory duties.

Working with the Superintendent & the Trustees
Generally, any concerns to be brought before the Trustees or any other employees or agent of the District should be brought to the attention of the Superintendent. The Superintendent will then schedule the matter as an agenda item for a meeting of the Trustees or otherwise direct the matter for appropriate administrative disposition.
If the matter is brought before the Trustees, the user or applicant may appear personally and/or through an attorney or other representative. The meetings are informal. Specific procedures exist for certain applications or appeals. The Superintendent may be consulted for additional information.
