  1. Continued review and discussion of the Wright-Pierce draft “Reserve Fund Rate” (formerly Sewer Impact Rate) with Peter Atherton.

 

  1. Meeting with Ken Wood to discuss the following projects:

                            

                       (a.)  Beachwalk,  14 home subdivision

                       (b.)  Summer Village, 250 two bedroom cottages

                       (c.)  Sea Vu South Campground, expansion of 224 sites

 

  1. Discussion and action on setting the Sewer User Rate for the year of 2004.

 

  1. Other business.
